I've just been made aware of something that both the US and Canadian military has been involved in. Since about 1998, military planes have been dumping as of yet unknown chemicals into the stratosphere all over North America. There are many theories as to what and why.. the more prevalent being an attempt to control weather patterns for military reasons, experimenting in biological warfare, population control, blocking harmful UV rays from the sun, and increasing the effectiveness and range of radar.
The fact that it is unknown what exactly they're pumping into the atmosphere, and the reasons for it, is what has me the most concerned.

I don't know about you, but I keep getting Animatrix flashbacks. Has life taken a que from the movies? or have the movies taken a que from life?
