Stats for M.A. / Firearms

I'm looking to rebalance my stats so that I can do well with both the martial arts and firearms disciplines. Any suggestions?  And at what point does vitality stop being useful?

Vitality is good all the time but you generally have to use certain types of clothing or skills to make it worthwhile. 
The three stats most pertinent to melee and guns are Belief, Perception and Focus.  Perception is shared by both, so you want to have that one maxed out and do as well with the other two as possible.

Vitality is useless atm since NOTHING gives max IS....

Perception is guns and knives... I think you mean focus SMILEY
