i only know that you can cancel your account but if you can't afford it some months is there any way to put the account on freeze without losing everything you have gained?

When u cancel ur account u can reactivate it again and still ahve all the stuff u had before. I think its 6 months before they delete it but some one once said to me that tehy dont delete them any more at all... ive canceled an account for up to 6 mmonths any way and Resub it to have all the stuf there...

Hello bexan,

We guarentee the integrety of your account, characters, items and coin for 3 months after your last billing runs out.

That being said even after 3 months you can come back and find your account intact, and even if it not we may be able to recover it from backups.

They only have one recovery system and they don't replace any lost items if you don't / can't do the backup so I wouldn't risk going over the 3 month period
