Commando bodies in PB 2?

Yea, in arc 2's first mission where you meet Argon and his infividual thugs, there are (standard) commando bodies lying around in other rooms.

I believe Pandora's Box was released after the commandos appeared in 2.3, or am I wrong? Have they always been there?

what is this Pandora's Box  i keep hearing of and where can i get it?

It's a quest series for level 30s and higher, consisting of missions and collector trades, and also contributing to the story.

Find the Archaelogist at the Historic District subway, and follow the lead to the bottom of the Hampton Green Hotel hideout. There, you'll encounter the first collector, and you can start out.

Um unless this has happened to you constantly and time after time. Then i would think it was left over bodies from a mission that took place right before you got there.
