Well done.

Ikkaku and I thought the font was a bit too large. We also think the motion blur effect should be removed form the text.

It would seem that the MegaCity Populace is filled with talented designers. We find that very interesting.

<_< Already know this picture. Either way, it's still as good as I last saw it.

Yeah the font is a bit too large.

I like how you've given the image a sense of movement with the motion blur coming off your RSI, very nice. Another idea would be to use the free transform tool> rotate, its simple, and gives your piece a general idea of movement. You could also use the Radical zoom tool (A very ligt zoom, 10 -20) And that has a similar effect. Keep up the good work, buddy!

Best advice I can give you on clothing, any lines you see on a peice, go over with a sharpen brush, make it so it stands out but isn't kind of white/sharp.

Nice stuff!
#36300168739 02/17/2007 16:46:59 Re:Riac's™™™ Image Thread.
This image came out way different than i thought it would, I started out editing the Character on the left making it more realistic looking, But after a while i realised the Glasses came out so rubbish in the screen shot i just gave up. i came up wit the idea of blocking off the face so i could still use it. I Really Love the darkness in this image.. i don't know why . I went way darker than Originally planned but yea. i like it.. its not heavily modified but i just like it as it is .. I was tempted to go further but way mess with Something that is just fine the way it is..?

Man, we need a good lighting tutorial. Everytime I try to use the dodge/burn tools, it always ends up greying it out.

Excellent work there. SMILEY It's make a good desktop if it were bigger. SMILEY

I love the lines going across the image, it allows peoples eyes to 'follow' them and see the rest of the piece, very creative.   Kind of abstract-ish. Nice work!

Very nice image, but I'm going by what you said in the first post and trying to point out the stuff that could be improved upon, hope you don't mind. SMILEY

Its a nice image, good lighting but the character still seems very 'blocky' try rounding off his shoulders a bit next time. Also the perspective on the character lying down is a bit off as well. The hair could use a bit of work, other than that great! SMILEY

<3 i love when people point out the flaws in an image it gives me standards to set for the next one i do. i agree the shoulders are very square something i must improve on, as for the body laying down. that took ages to even get that shot lol, trying to achieve the perspective was a pain, i decided to go with that one as it was probably the best one, trying to angle the camera underneath a corpse was quite tricky.

Very cool.  Dark, gruesome, off-putting.  I love the body lying on the torture slab.  The position of the "doctor" is absolutely perfect.  One of my favorite things about old horror movies is that the audience never really sees a lot of violence or gore.  The camera would cut away, and all the audience would be exposed to is the dying screams of the victim.  The violence was left for the audience to imagine for themselves.  This image has the same feeling.  The doctor is concealing the majority of the dead body, and we're left to imagine for ourselves the extent of what he has done.

This is my favorite of yours, thus far.

Now I have to go watch Saw.  SMILEY

Oh yeah.. That is definitely an excellent poster. =D
The face looks a bit strange in the bottom right part though.. Other than that it's awesome.
There should be a few club posters like this one on the walls around the city.
