the hair models do have a lot to do with the hats, so either it has to cut off the top of our heads, or it has to fit in the hat.
they have a couple hair models that weren't released for that reason. as for things like the dead dreads, well, probably just simple remodeling. i'm not saying it would be hard to do, just that it probably has to be done. and doing things takes time. and almost all of the time is being spent on the next patch. and most likely after this patch is released, almost all of the time will be spent on cranking out the next one smoothly.
i would love to see new hair-styles. believe me, i would. but i think that as it stands right now, it boils down to finiding the time to get it done in-between projects. as for tattoo's, they could probably have a number of them sketched out, scanned, and converted in a day or two.

Any new tattoos would be nice. Maybe a fauxhawk, another kind of buzz cut hair, and normal female long hair that doesn't look like it's been over gelled.

We need royal blue hair....we need mullets for males and females...biker bandannas for the top of the head like a road skull cap..both male and female..full body art for both male and female..upper leg just below the skirt line or in the slit of skirt,(tats) for females of course...peircings would rock..long layers would rock...a two toned effect would be sweet also like (Example> top layer blonde bottom layer purple....longer and tinier dreads for females...the 2 pony tail look that dosen't include braids that would look hot with a lolipop...more up dos for females..I can think of more but i think everyone has the idea..

Blue has no place in the Simulation as it is a symbol for the real and is a common theme throughout the films. I would not expect the Dev's to go against one of the deep themes of the whole franchise.
What we could do with is some UC like PotBS has with user flags and sails that can be submitted. I can only relate this to tattoos as I guess they would be fairly easy (compared to new hair style models) to incorporate. A specific template is given out and people can design their own bodywork and submit it for player scrutiny. When enough votes have been placed it allows the Dev's to scrutinise it for appropriateness etc...
The database capacity is one of the problems with any added content like this

dreadhawk would be cool. Wayne Static's haircut would also be cool. Cryptos haircut too... although i think i mentioned it before.
More tattoos are always welcome too. Even though Gretyl has none but hey Hanzyl would get more if he could.

cryptos hair would be nice but. i rather have the LET characters have more of a unique look, it gets anoying when you see people looking like the Kid or Effy Etc..
More tattoos would be awesome i could even see a RSI competition in there =P Rare could give an idea of what way the texture needed to be and then people could follow instructions it would be truly epic t have your art in game :X

Well, having a ton of people running around looking like the Effectuator wouldn't exactly be a problem...
Anyway, it'd be neat to have more tattoos, maybe even player-designed stuff. It's just a flat texture, right?

How about hair like a succubus for females.... a revision of the winter shirt to show female chest tats.... A wickid shade of blue for hair.....body modification like a permanent disguise (only you get the pill colors and forms to make up that form of character) EX: You can customize your rsi to look like a blood drinker.

I think that new tattoos should be possible. This is because there are only 3 body models for each sex. New Hairstyles would be much more difficult because of how many different heads there are plus how hair interacts with clothing.

I think the wait time for a contest would be worth it!
Those of us with CS3 would have an advantage however, because photoshop can render wrapped map images like flat maps... meaning if we got a hold of the character wireframes and maps we could do some pretty sweet stuff...
I would love to try this, as it would give me a reason to do some 3d in photoshop!

The hairstyle and the shirt fix would be nice (although a nice unfluffy corset would be ideal) but Blue is not something you see in the simulation as Matrix lore says that it represents the real word that why almost all 'blue' clothing looks turquoisey (bluepill etc...)
