I need help finding the collector for Zero One Soldier Parts, I have heard downtown and am looking for binary bob or binary boy. Does anybody know what neighborhood in downtown? thanks!

Binary Boy appears on your map with a collector icon. Hes there.

You dont have to fight Binary Boy, he is a trader, for different combinations of Soilder Parts and Taskmaster Heads, you can get the Area K coat, info and/or raw xp ^^
