what stat decides when you abilities go through in interlock cause everyone that i get in IL with none of my abilitys work except maybe once through the whole fight.
So if anyone can give me some tips that would be cool

but from what i've read initiative only works when Desperation is running
When you say your abilitys going through, do you mean they blink and light up then go red and miss or do you mean they blink and then nothing happens?
I think he means he's getting "outrolled" consistently. I think.

Work a bit on ur accuracy. Which class are you fighting with and which clas are you when this happens?

To hit you with normal attacks yes but not with abs. In IL the abs follow one rule only -> Acc vs. Acc . Defence is useless in certain situations.
