Do you stand back and use Coder blasts and barrages and statics or do you use those tacky and mundane hand weapons?

I am finding good results when I act as a "state producer" for my Proxy.
I have a couple of enhanced guns that have a chance at producing a certain state and then, based on the Rifle/SubGun/Handgun proxy, I take free-fire attacks of the appropriate style to double my chances at producing a favorable state for my proxy to take advantage of.

This works better for me than standing back and zapping the mobs...

I have been mainly using Gun Sims since they are still new. After all that time with ONLY Aikido Sims, I get kinda queasy when I think about using one.
