Apparently, fighter pilots have to be able to do this for 2 minutes! I've just come accross this a little while ago, and so far I've only been able to do this for 43.96 seconds!... I'll try again after a ginormous cup of coffee.
Use your mouse to control the red square. Don't touch the blue or black areas. Always keep the red square in the white.
