Ah the mysteries of sniper animations.

Escape and Evasion to Concealment, the following can happen, in order from most favorable to least favorable.
-Works fine, smooth and nice
-Green cloud fart, but doesn't reveal you
-Green cloud fart and reveals you as an invisible form
-Green cloud fart with messages "You stop sneaking. You stop sneaking. You move and interrupt your ability"**
-Green cloud fart with messages "You stop sneaking. You stop sneaking."


**If you move intentionally before concealment activates, you get the message "You move and interrupt your ability" but you will remain in E&E.

As for LUTS breaking concealment, that is, according to the ability description and 9mm's response to this question, by design. Sucks I know, but we'll just have to live with it and hope that it's changed in the future.
