I think they removed all Map Downloading buffs with CR 2.0. I used to
have items that had it and now none do

Yes and I basically meant that them removing the buff means that they will most likely
not put them back in just because we ask for them. I also liked that skill but there
were bugs / exploits with the clothing. You could put it on at the start of the mission
and then take it off and all stages of the mission had visable maps even if you were
not wearing the clothing. Actually if I remember right any mission that you ran after
the one with the clothing on would also show up.

The Mission Map tells me that those three Elite Guards shooting at me right now are two rooms away. I smack it against the wall, mutter obscenities, and shout out to my operator that my scanning equipment is broken before pulling out my guns.
