I don't think I missed it, I think it was never released to the players.
CR2.0 has been out for many months now, people have almost (ALMOST) forgotten about the old style of combat.

However there are so many issues that have not been addressed, aka: an official guide.

I'm talking about the justification to enhanced clothing, as in why there are 1% - 4% enhancement buffs and what exactly they contribute.
The way we have CT and accuracy points and percentage, what does that equate to?
Defence is the same, how exactly does wearing or loading certain things benifit you?
Confusing things for most people that remember the old style where Armour Peircing actually meant something.
Explain why certain classes are weaker against others.
To be able to know what you're doing to your characters capability by doing anything in the game these days.

I'm talking about a serious breakdown of the Combat Revision 2.0 and explinations in full about what does what and why.
I don't understand how it has gone so long with people not understanding exactly how it works and not demanding a complete explaination of the combat system. I don't think I'm the only one who feels this way, and unless I really did miss the Memo with the complete guide, it needs to be released.

As far as I've seen the only place to get an official ruling on things is in the "Ask a dev an MxO question" thread or if one decides to post in a thread that has a debated question in it.

I think we all could use an offical guide.
