First off, if you are racist; keep it to yourself. Secondly, there is a FINE line between JOKE racism and PURE racism. I'm used to racism since I'm welsh, but I remember about 3 months ago a player said something along the following:
"Subb, I pwnd joo like the KKK pwns *insert the n word here*" <--- That's *CENSORED* racism. 
"Subb, you run like a *CENSORED* welshman" I'm used to it

Although I should say this but If I bitched about someone in welsh you would not be able to translate it since Welsh is a very hard lingo to understand ( the first letter changes/dissapeares if you used a certain word in front of it e.g y cath mawr switches to y gath fawr, etc. etc.) I love welsh.... one of the oldest lingos around + I have sang the national anthem while drunk in a pub... while on the table... *shudders*
Anyhow, If am/was being bitched about I would rather it done in some foreign lingo so I would not know
