Did I miss the event where they killed Anome?

I know the machines were planning it, but still, feel a bit cheated that his death happened in a cinimatic when it should have been left up to us to do it.

Who says hes dead? maybe the Vial saved him o.o more like I HOPE the Vial Saved him it would be *poop* to kill em like that with no event

In the newest machine critical, he is proclaimed dead.

Yea and the Unlimit are decaying rapidly.

Well if it didnt kill him then the machines have him in lock up most likely. But still, even if it was just to capture him it should have been an event. I feel like this cinimatic was a Dues Ex Machina in the true sence of the term. They had written themselves into a hole and needed a quick, cheap way to get them out.

I doubt there was an event for it. Looks like the Machines needed the element of suprise to kill him and having 100 people around to see it might have ruined it.

I think Agent Gray acquired a sample from Anome during an event to aid in taking him down.  Either way I really don't mind that Anome was killed in a cinematic.

There was an event where the plan to kill Anome was discussed, which is also the way they did it in the cinematic.  So I guess you could say we has our part in it.

Er the sample was gotten ages ago and was for a kill code.. What happend The Idea of Killing him with a Kill Code ? Hes Obviously not dead or that was just pointless

Well the Agent did shoot Anome, so maybe the kill code was attached to the bullets.

The kill code was most likely in the bullets as was the same case with Morpheus.

MEh i tought Kill Codes had some awsome Effect  :/ if it was in the bullets that sucks. For a guy who was "Unlimit" he seemed way to easy to kill..

A bullet is perhaps the best form of delievery system when you have a limited supply of them. And, while im still not crazy over the fact they killed Anome in a cinimatic, he was distracted seeing his dead mom. Though personally, if I saw something like that first thing id do is hyper jump the hell away from there then send my goons to confirm if it was her or not. Not stand around with my mouth open.

Actually, my theory is that the killcodes always are in some sort of weapon.
That the fact that it is a killcode makes the matrix produce a visual representation of a weapon so as to make it fit in with the other... stuff.
You know...  like how the Merovingian says that the matrix mimics the process of creation and such and such.. just in a different way.
The blood drinker killcode takes the form of a wooden stake and the lupine killcode looks like a silver bullet and so on.
Anyway... I just felt like putting it out there.
I know it wasn't necessary. =P

Geezus,  you poeple make mesick somtimes,   absolutly nothing but complaining about every single freaking decsison the devs make.

you know DAMM well that if we had an event it woulda been a repeat of the assasin event and poeple woulda been b1tching and complaing about the lag and how the event tottaly sucked bla bla bla.

Seriously, try and take the game for what it is and have fun with it.

Ok, I was quite surprised that Anome got killed in that cinematic today, without an event .... and stuff...

However, let's remind when Niobe got freed. It was a "normal" event, held on one specific server, during US office times when we European player couldn't participate. No cinematic, no critical mission, nothing.

As long as they don't carry out a global event, where everybody is able to take part in, I personally prefer mayor storyline changes as this one, being realized in a cinematic or a critical mission.

Anyhow Anubis, I know what u mean. This is maybe a bit too simple end to this subchapter.
Meh, we'll get over it. Neo's remains got presented to me today, ther's nothing that can disgust me today. SMILEY
