(( I don't think we can use all information there In Character.
Why?
- Because my character, first of all, doesn't browse the forum. The only information I get IC is on the NR forums, but it has to be clear that I can use it IC. May it be through story telling, or through a simple notification. Common sense really.
- Second point I'd like to make is that Rarebit makes screenshots of everything, including private meetings. The way I see it these cannot be used IC if you weren't there. Simply because you weren't there. I see each thread in the LE board as an OOC thread to let the players know what's going on in game. It's nice to look back and see what happened if I was there, and it's nice to see what happened if I, as a player, wasn't there.
Perhaps I'm seeing things wrong. But I have the idea that my character can only know stuff if he saw or heared it himself. May it be in game, or through story telling in the NR boards, or clearly stated by others OOC. - So, if I wasn't at a LE I can't know what happened IC without someone telling me it IC, right?
Thing is though, I've seen people using information from the LE board before, In Character, using it as an argument to a discussion. Not once but a couple of times. All I'd like to know if such information can be used as a valid argument. ))
