Lag ?`

Is any body else lagging badly in game since about days ago ?. first i tought it was my computer but  all my other games are fine. the game is playing like i have 256 Ram . its a wierd lag ... textures load real slow goin tru hardlines some times.. NPVS load up all white just the Frame of the npc with a white coating...
