Shouldn't it be possibly for certain gangs to drop their own gear from time to time? It goes together with the suspension of disbelief if we're taking something from them that's theirs? Would aid RP as an infiltration tool as well. Even if the black Demon Army Trenchcoat isn't buffed for a level 50, it would be nifty. It'd be the same if we could acquire the White Security outfits. We already have most of the Guillotine gear.
