Oddly enough, you can no longer access that bar in Appollyon.  I don't know why...  actually, I think I do.  In the basement, if you came down the stairs and went to the right hand corner, you could walk right through the wall and into the subway near the hardline.  Flip and I thought it'd be great to use as an escape route if we were being chased by Agents.  (Ah...  to be a noob again...  )
