think about this technically if the bottom roll has to be 0 and yer average max roll is 240 then you can roll anywhere between 0-480

or if u guns with acc of 216 then you have a roll between 0-432

Hrmm where to start...

First off, yes you always have a chance to be out rolled by a lower level mob/player in CR2.0 though this isn't likely the greater your total Accuracy bonus is and/or Defense Bonus.

After second thoughts I will leave it at that for now... hopefully more to come later.
