Bugged???

Hi, I`m a beta customer and I had a problem with my account. A month ago someone entered to my account and erased my two pjs. There is some form to recover my things, like my clothes beta, mobius code, etc...?ç

If you've lost items or characters then the only way to try and get them back is by using the ingame petition system by typing /ccr and making sure you have selected to submit a ticket.
