When this game first went live there were items called "Grants".  What these items did was give you an ability that you didn't have loaded into your brain for a very short amount of time, but like many other aspects of the game, people complained so it was removed. The devs even took the idea one step further and made some clothing buff "Grant" certain things. Many of the "vets" here would know of these.  Here I wish to disuss bringing these back in a usable form.

I mentioned above that the devs used the idea of "grants" as buffs.  I wouldn't want this specificly brought back at all.  Although it was a cool concept, it could be either misused, or would be a waste of time, as the buffs wouldn't be worth it.  What I want brought back are the pills.  There were many of these that would grant you computer hacking, lockpicking, ect... for a certain amount of time.  Now, I can't be sure on what exactly the duration was, I think it was around the 100 seconds or so, I could be wrong, but I have some ideas on how to make this work better.

First, let's mess with the time duration -- 20 to 30 seconds.  This will allow for enough time to use the pill and do what you needed to do.  We don't need people being able to use thse through the whole mission, so this way you will have to use them each time you wanted to do something.

Now some of you may disagree and say that these won't pomote team work, so here's the next thing we should do with these.  Make them rare drops.  This will make those who want them, work for them.  Then let's go a step further.  Allow certain construct NPCs (IE  Level 3 Chevrons) drop them, but allow this in ALL of the constructs. I though of letting bosses drop them, but the reward didn't seem to justify kiling the boss(es) over. This would give these places more of a purpose.

Also to keep them from floating around, remove them from the compiling / decompiling lists of the coder tree.  In other words, they can only be found through the means I mentioned above.

Only support Grants should be considered.  Things like:
-Computer Hacking
-Pick Locks
-Repair items(?)
-Any other that may have been there that I forgot about

The reason is I don't think it would be great to give someone full-on attacking abilities.
