OfficerAnderson, the Exile on the run, is still wanted for termination....but...we have...ANOTHER problem....Recently, we were talking to a Zion Operative, known currently as Jacbenimble.
He started coughing as we spoke with him, and specs of green code were landing on surfaces in the System and tinting it green, as it appears now. Behind his void sunglasses, there was a green light, we assumed it was simply data node goggles. Then, he took his shades off to rub his eyes, which were of course, dripping green code. We want him taken in and reported to CptGreen Immediately, Jacbenimble is in the Syntax instance of the MegaCity. We want him taken in ALIVE, as for The Exile OfficerAnderson, kill him, and confirm it with CptGreen.
WE believe that Jacbenimble took an accidental dose, since the some codes were put in the river, he could of caught it while fighting a gang member near that area, I repeat, we want him taken in ALIVE! Thank you for your time Operatives,
