Character could not be loaded error

Hey,

I try logging in as Aquatium on Recursion and get this error..

"Your character couldnt be loaded because of a Server Error"

Now my alts on recursion load fine.

I have my own theory on this too, my RSI Aquatium was at high info amnount, and had items for sale on MP maybe those selling have effected it..

Sent 2 CCR's both came back with

"Your not stuck according to us in game, please see tech help, blah blah blah"

So ive sent the email, live chat closed as its weekend.

In my 2nd email i said maybe check the info data, remove like 10m or something, but got same reply.

Looks like I gotta wait till monday.

I made info from the ability buy back  and its taken me a year of selling things.

It's been a good challange, theres a few others out there who have a lot of info, I think most gained it from the ability buyback, I think that helped me get high the rest is selling items mostly.

However I did send some to an alt and a few things must have sold, and its the only logically reason i can think of the error, I also bugged that info doesnt gain ingame  from looting once you do hit cap.

Well it was tested and it wasn't.

The problem was Aquatium personal info level exceded the cap while he was logged out as a result of a market place purchase. The data base added the funds to his character however because it did and put him over the info cap his character could no longer be properly loaded.

We have a fix for this long term and hope to deploy it soon.

People *CENSORED* about not having betajump... I think the ability buyback was a far far bigger thing to miss out on. It had to happen right when I had no internet for a month.
