Since cr2 all the special hideout loot have been reduced to cruddy useless pieces of crap. Besides new players, the general population no longer farms in the exile hideouts.
Aside from maybe the gun drops in the Hampton exile hideout or the kaede drops, everything else needs to be upgraded and made worthy again.
AND ANOTHER THING
Give these hideout drops some original unique looks for style appeal, ya know, eye candy 
This is the matrix, remember?
Because it's pretty freaken deeken REDUNDANT farming for valuable drops that looks exactly like clothes you get from a Richland clothing vendor.
