In-game press \ , then advanced on video options. Then change your name-tags around
Really, the problem is that they default you towards zion.
Not that I care about org hoping, at all(esp. when you can just load MS if you want to be lame about pvp on vector), but I imagine if anyone "switched back" to avoid losing rep they had to go back zion.
Without a REAL reward for having max reputation, I just don't see how it actually matters.
