Archive Mission problem

Ok so today I tried to do Archive mission 1.2.3 for the machines, and it didn't work in Richland, International, Westview or in Downtown.  I tried it in several location and it didn't work.  I would always get the error message (forgot what it was) when I try to run it.  Is anyone else having this problem with the Archive mission?

I actually tried that today, but it didn't work.  I'm stuck on mission 1.2.7.  After I did a regular mission, I try to upload 1.2.7 with no luck.  Once again I tried Richland, Westview, International, and Downtown.  Jeez is it susspose to be this hard to get the system sunglass and earpiece?
