ign has reported that peter jackson has expresed alot of intrest in doing The Hobit in some recent articles and it sounds like That The Film could get Green light very soon. Ign has posted to that MGM is intrested in filming this as well and if they can get the rights for it we could see The Hobbit in 2009.
