Well, I have my graphics card and I have the RAM on order. I guess it was good to spend a little extra money, since I did get a little extra. I was in a bad car accident and I was on medical leave so I got 100% of my wages from work plus 60% of my wages from the insurance company. I guess 140 bucks wasn't that much of a dent 
Now I have.
P4 1.7 Ghz Processor (never changed, doubt i really need much more just yet)
1 GB of PC2100 DDR Ram (upped from 512, was originally 256,)
ATI Radeon 9550 128 mb graphics card (upped from a 64 mb geforce 2, it ran the game fine but it just wouldn't load any colors besides black and white, i could only see white people with white hair too.)
I know there's still room for improvement but hey, why spend a bunch of money when it isn't really needed.
