"Metalocalypse" or "Why Dethklok Is The Best Band EVAR"

I really didn't think [Adult Swim] (yes, the brackets are mandatory) could come up with a new show that had the same funny power as Aqua Teen Hunger Force did or the same quirky humor that Sealab 2021 could produce.  Especially not after they started airing Family Guy and Futurama.  To boot, I was really sad to hear that Brendon Small wasn't going to continue his "Home Movies" series, especially because I really did enjoy most of the episodes, although some areas had a tendency to fall flat.

However, I didn't think Brendon's next series was going to be so freakin' hilarious.

Simply put, if you haven't seen Metalocalypse yet, go to http://www.adultswim.com/adultswimfix right now and watch it.  (Sorry people outside of the United States of America, this website won't work for you.)  If you are squeamish, or afraid of blood and gore... well... this probably isn't for you but it's still freakin' hilarious and you should watch it anyway.

Any band who's bass player is named "William Murderface Murderface Murderface" is awesome.  Not to mention the fact that Murderface can play a bass solo with his... um... let's just say it's not his hands or his feet.... or his mouth.  That only leaves one organ left.

Anyway, yeah, it's hilarious.  Can't really be explained until you watch it.  Go watch it.  Now.

If it wasn't for the huge gap in his teeth and the lisp... then I would say yes, he does bear some resemblance to Jack Black.
