[5.3.2] Merv: "I Come in Peace" - mission feedback thread

I guess Flood is upset about the last mission testing the made from scratch cheat code Nice of him to point out that he thought it was a horrible idea from the start.. something tells me the whole thing was probably his idea to begin with! But he probably knows that we know anyway Oh dear they want to send me to get a cheat code sample from one of the actual Unlimits! I have a feeling this might be tough O_O

Well it sounds like the Merovingian figured out who Strenlo's unlimit ex-girlfried was! "Phinney," that sounds like a nice name.. too bad I bet she is not very nice if she is working for Anome I hope Phinney didn't send Unlimits to watch Strenlo.. or else I would be in trouble if they saw me going to talk to him :o

Strenlo seems like a normal guy! It sounds like the machinists have already been by to talk to him, so I guess if there were any Unlimits around they'd be dead or gone off to chase them. Oh my gosh.. Phinney wants to kill him? But what about the letter with hearts on it in the Zion mission? I guess getting it returned to her sent her over the edge Well it looks like I have to go after her.. Strenlo gave me a name of an informant who might know where she is :o Flood found the informant pretty easy after that.. even though he's mean to people he is good at what he does

Uh oh.. an Agent! Not only are the machinists ahead of me, but the machines too! It's nice to see an Agent in a Merovingian mission, it doesn't happen too often I like when they call me by my last name like in the movies A regrettable accident happened to the informant.. hmm something tells me it probably wasn't an accident! Well I hope Flood knows what to do next..

He blames me of course Good thing the Merovingian doesn't seem to take him too seriously or we'd get blamed for everything I guess he gave up on Phinney, now he wants to send me right into a hideout of Unlimits! O_O Now I am frightened...

Hey.. they're not even attacking! Do they think I am one of them? Wouldn't the no code coming out of my eyes give me away? Maybe my glasses are hiding it.. or maybe not all the people working for Anome have glowing eyes from the corruption stuff.. oh well no time to ask questions! From what the Unlimits there were saying it sounds like they think Phinney is crazy too.. well maybe I can still find something to lead us to her here I have fooled all the Unlimits there but now I need to break into the computer with an access code Oh dear I am going to have to beat up all of these guys.. I don't usually like to leave without figthing everyone.. you never know when they might have a story document or audio CD or something like that on them!

It took a long time and a lot of running away but I finally beat them all up. I don't really understand what was on the computer but I took a picture just in case.. the operator knows though and traced it through their email to another building. The operator says what I have to do.. kill everyone and then read their email I could sneak in and hack the computer I guess, but I always have to beat up everyone like I said before.. you never know! I had a really hard time with all the Unlimits here.. it was a small room and while fighting two of them, two more will walk in the room.. ouch! Well finally I beat them all, they are definitely giving a lot more red fragments when they die which is nice

There's a lot of emails here, I got a few names from them.. I am not sure if they will be important in the future but I took them down anyway.. I am sure Flood will want to know about the Commander Beirn being obsessed with Persephone.. that is pretty neat I am sure a lot of people are fixated on her that we never hear about, so it is interesting to hear about this, and I am anxious to see where it is going I'm not sure what that part about the shiny helmet was, I was trying to remember if someone from the movies had a shiny helmet, but I don't remember anyone like that It sounds like they are talking about Beirn though Maybe he has a shiny helmet? Well, I reported everything to Flood and he sounds like he was interested in the Persephone/Beirn thing, so I will wait to see what happens! I guess he doesn't have anything else for me, so after all that Unlimit fighting I am hurt and sore so it is off to take a bubble bath
