[5.3.2] Mach: "Obsession" - mission feedback thread

Okay, so everyone knows who Phinney is now, and that she was leading the attack on the aqueducts. The machines want to talk to her ex-boyfriend Strenlo, so off I go! I thought to check the details of Strenlo this time, and he had some! I wonder if we'll be seeing more of him :O

He says he saved Phinney from committing suicide when she was a bluepill... wow :O I guess we can put pieces together of how she would run off and join Anome He says she is still crazy though and obsessed with him for saving her.. it's too bad being in Zion before didn't help her recover better, but I guess some people are beyond help Well he says she wants to kill him.. I hope Zion are doing what they can to protect him. I wanted to ask if he knew why she was attacking the aqueduct but I didn't think he would know Either way Phinney has to be stopped! He gives me a name of someone who talks to Phinney, and the machines know where to find him..

Everything was normal up with the guy up until I mentioned Phinney, and then he went crazy and attacked me! I had to kill him without learning anything.. why did he go off like that? O_o I got coordinates from his body which point to a control place for the aqueduct overflow thingy. Gray says if they were messed with, the city could be flooded! Is that what they were trying to do? With all the Oracle's warnings, I think so. Are they doing this to get at the bluepills? Gray says Agent Pace has some programs to help me out! Thank goodness! I would not have wanted to go in there by myself

The operator is silly Well the programs to help me look tough at least! Captain Park and Captain Miller were the two guys assigned to help me Agent Pace seems to be as wrapped up in the Phinney/Strenlo thing as I am, I only hope she isn't planning to go crazy on anyone like Phinney has :O

The attack on the aqueduct control place went pretty well thanks to the two helpers! I don't think I have any of those boots the operator was talking about though  The only time there was trouble was when we just cleared a room and then two more Unlimits appeared from nowhere out of lightning without a chance to rest...  Captain Miller didn't make it through that one Well at least we kept them from messing with the controls! I hope some agents get sent out here to guard this place after we leave..

Well it sounds like the machines are determined to delete Phinney Too bad she can't be helped.. I wonder if Strenlo could be used to draw her out for an attack? Gray says Agent Pace thinks Strenlo really does have feelings for her deep down.. how could he? Phinney is a obsessed person trying to murder people! I hope he can be trusted.. I wonder if he is holding any important information back?
