Disabling security devices: specific texts in critical missions?

All the time running past and ignoring security disabling devices in contact and story missions, I've been wondering I would have got any special message from the Operator after using these devices.

After all, security systems are always part of specific critical missions, mostly even announced by the Operator beforehand.

Have I missed anything?
