To me, this ability should be buffed up, or made levelable. Although the level requirement for it is low, it's a core ability, so we HAVE to use it, but as of right now, it's completely useless. Even as a noob it does nothing but take up memory space that could be used to load something more helpful. Hindering Shot is useable as a high level to keep people from running. but, Intensify Damage is totally useless, and it takes up 2 memory space! I don't really have any other suggestions other than buffing it up, or making it levelable [prefferably buffing it up], but something should be done about this ability later down the road!
