Hey every1, im new to MxO and have a few class questions.
1. Within Virologist, what does each of the 3 sub-classes specialize in?
2.  Where can I look at good skill trees, like a website or something.
3.  Who does the most damage in the game?
Thanks in advance.  I guess I really need a description of what eaach class and sub-class does, and what good combinations are.  Thanks.

1. Virologist:

  • Selective Phage is the part of the hacker tree that is most useful in dealing damage to one opponent at a time.
  • Pathogenist is most useful in dealing damage to multiple opponents.
  • Network hacker is most useful in dealing debuffs (downgrades) to opponents.

2. This is good.

3. Depends on what level your abilities are and what upgrades you have. They should be the same in even circumstances so no-one has an unfair advantage.

The above is very good but you need to bear in mind the following things:

1) Since then many things have chnaged and the awakened tree is very different now.

2) Hyper Jump is capped at 25 so, do not waste money there above that rank

3) As far as I was told, the following abilities are currently not working: Sharp Shooter, Multi-Fighting and Cryptology; maybe there are more but as I am a n00b as well I am not sure.

As far as what is more effective, I can't really say but in my experience, they are all, more ore less balanced and is a combination of gear you use, experience and luck, after all, we are still talking about rolls.

If you are not level 50 yet and you mainly PvE, I think any of the 3 will work, I prefer the Ballista but is just because I like it, no real objective reason.

Howitzer is GREAT for farming enemies, surprisingly enough, I habe still not bothered to level this tree =/

Oh, and Hyper jump gets better and better as you lvl it, so keep puttin points in it til you hit 50

And here are a couple good sites to check out each of the trees for yourself:

Yeah I have my Hyper-Jump leveled all the way up but I also thought it capped at 35? Or am I missing something?

My understanding and is what I was told on these forums, is that HJ (not the beta) is capped as the developer wanted to use it to do areas jumps but they did not manage to get it to work.

Mind you, I did not level it past 25 but I would also appreciate a clarification if somebody actually know.
