MKT DOT attacks causing states...?

I've noticed that occasionally in duels, as well as pvp, that the MKT DOT attacks will occassionally cause states such as staggered, Dazed, and Off-Balance. This could just be me, but has anyone else noticed this?

Is it a bug, or is this the way it's supposed to be? It seems to me that this could be a bug, because the DOT attacks in the hacker trees don't do this. So it could be either the hacker DOT attacks are bugged because they don't cause states, or the MKT DOT attacks are bugged because they do cause states. Who knows, though. :/

are you sure that they didn't use one of the state causing attacks like off-balancing through or staggering throw and following that up with a dot attack....

best bet is to get a friendly spy and do it about and use two dot for about 7 mins, that should give you an idea about how often that works....

btw while you are doing that can you wear the self healing items-pancea and ghost shirt....i want to know how often those kick on as well
