My dears,

Anome's man, Weit, showed up in Downtown just the other day, mucking about with hardlines. He was able to rewire a few before operatives could stop him, and when that happened, immediately afterwards a whole truckload of his men would port in through the line, clearing out the whole area.

Fortunately, we got wise to him, and pretty soon he found that he didn't quite have the leisure he needed to rewire the phone booths. He ran off in frustration, leaving a trail of high-powered soldiers across northwestern Downtown.

Not to worry, though! They were soon cleared up. And I'm sure we'll get Weit pretty soon, too, unless he wises up (which seems awfully unlikely).

I wish to talk to you bout this matter if it still exists and that i wish to help i can help get him for you i may not be of a very high level but do great work in all fields and that i noticed he was attacking zion operatives this to me is very unpassable and he has to answer to for what he did so i both ask and request a meeting between both you and me and only the two of us make this matter top secret between the two of us.
