I was reading an old CGW magazine before MxO launched and it had a Paul Chadwick interview where he was vaguely talking about what was to come story-wise. Heres a list of things he said were coming:

-A citizen Kane examination of one of the films characters

- A murder mystery (hmm I wonder when that was)

- A matrix glitch/weather crisis that will blow your mind

- a story of someone born sensitive the matrix and assumes that those around her are fake as well, as is their pain.

- doorways to worlds outside of megacity where the physical laws are different

- Unregulated superpowers (Well thats right now) and the corruption that follows

- Persephone's obsession with love and how it is constantly thwarted.

Ok so some of those are pretty obvious...but others, even after reading over the storyline and watching the cinematics...well I can't quite figure out if they've happened or whatever. Any help would be very much appreciated.

-A citizen Kane examination of one of the films characters (Well i dont really know what citizen kane is but i remember someone referring to it and the examination of Morpeus' past in some old merv crits)

- A murder mystery (hmm I wonder when that was) (Morpheus/Assassin)

- A matrix glitch/weather crisis that will blow your mind (possibly the assassin fly sky, in which chadwick and the let had greater plans for that never made it in the game i.e lightning bolts and clouds warping into one another)

- a story of someone born sensitive the matrix and assumes that those around her are fake as well, as is their pain. (Not sure but possibly Neurophyte, she went pretty crazy when she was partially jacked in)

- doorways to worlds outside of megacity where the physical laws are different (interesting...)

- Unregulated superpowers (Well thats right now) and the corruption that follows (pew! pew!)

- Persephone's obsession with love and how it is constantly thwarted. (not really seen this either... though she has shown interest in love via showing up at player weddings)

Thank you very much. Now some of those were obvious...but I am definitely interested in that "other worlds with different physical laws" one...Like I was thinking maybe he was just talking about the constructs...but thats not really part of the story is it?

You could say the Veil murder mystery thingy too, but I don't think that was written by Paul Chadwick =D

Anyway a lot of this stuff may not be close to happening yet... it is only Chapter 5! SMILEY

Now speaking of other worlds and such...this was freaky. Yesterday some random NPC that I "talked" to asked me if "I would be prepared if the laws of gravity reversed" and that was it. Odd huh!?! Like it wasn't a conversation, just a random line that you get if you press talk.

And as for not happening yet, Chadwick had also said that this was all within the first year, but I expect that the business with SOE slowed stuff down.

Yeah, the schedule is not the same as it first started =D It was supposed to go 1 chapter a month at first so we are nowhere near through the first year SMILEY

The first thing I thought of was the story of the woman whose name was an anagram of neos. In that case it could be the story of the next 'The One.'

- doorways to worlds outside of megacity where the physical laws are different.

Could be reffering to the white hallways and rooms but I don't know if the physical laws are different.
