Clipping problem

I was wondering if it's just my laptop or if other people get this clipping problem.

It shows the most in /mood stoic on high collars, here's a pic of the Demon Army Trench:



Notice the white line at the neck part. Just me or does everyone get something similar. If it's everyone I wish they would fix it.
