How do i turn a faction into a cyph faction

hey iam in a faction in on vector hostile called hazard howitzerz and we would like to become a cyph faction but we dont know how please could someone tell me

              It is my understanding that you must have an invite to become a cypherite faction. Try contacting some of the cypherite Liaisons, or perhaps Cryptos (better go with the liaisons, cryptos is hard as hell to get in touch with). Good luck, brother machine, with your faction.
