Is there any clothes that have decompile skill higher then 2%?

What server are you folks on? I have 4 pieces of 8+ decomp wear on Recursion. (Coat, Catsuit, Pants and Shoes) All I ask is for the red frags needed to make em but tipping is ALWAYS welcome...

What is bugging me now that I have gone through my Analyzer and the Marketplace is the huge disparity between coding buff clothes and their level. There are a lot of, I guess, 'legacy' clothes out there but the majority of even level 40+ clothes only have a 1-5 pt buff.
The +coding clothing have low bonuses on them by design except in a very few cases.
