Ok, why is the Heavy Meson rifle worse than the regular Meson Rifle?
Heres the Meson Rifle, dropped by a regular NPC in 01.
And this is the Higher drop, dropped by the TaskMaster in 01.
Notice the Range and the % chance to cause Stun. This needs fixing :smileyhappy:
