It does apply the 8% toughness bonus in the bonuses panel but what does toughness effect,even before CR2.0 I didn't know . If WB or a dev could fill me in please.

Toughness is multiplied to your base resistances (all of them).

So, if your base resistance is 230 for Ballistic, for the sake of argument...

and you have Zion Hardware running...

230 * .08 = ~18

So, your Ballistic Resistance becomes 248. SMILEY

My Merovingians Boon, which states it gives 10% toughness just gives +10 to each resistance, no matter what any of the other numbers says.

My zion hardware req. used to grant 10% but changed to 6% after cr2....are they gonna fix this ever?
