Yes. The robots only appear in a couple constructs, though. In general, most enemies would fit into the "punk" category, but you also see the agents and swat and them.

Only one city, the Mega City. However, each part is different. There's a residential type area (Richland), a "chinatown" are (International), a "ghetto" (Westview) and Downtown (self-explanatory). In the constructs you see other stuff too, though. Japanese village, burnt-out building, and futuristic machine city.

3.Are the weapons realistic (7.62 rifles, Colts, ,ect.) or unrealistic?

 
Generally realistic, though they aren't given the same names (copyright issues). The only "unrealistic" ones are the Meson Rifles (futuristic laser rifles which are really rare) and silences shotguns... don't ask.

4. Are useful gun mods availible to enhance your shooting performance

 
Kinda sorta. You can get enhanced versions of the guns which provide special stuff to the guns, or you can silence them (for effect only).

5.Is armor availible?

 
Not really, only typical Matrix clothes that act as armor. (providing buffs)

6. Are any law enforcement uniforms availible (SWAT gear, police jackets, belt, pants,ect.)

 
You can get disguises which allow you to appear as SWAT and soldiers and stuff for a short time. Usually, though, you're better off just finding a regular outfit to wear.
