Well while they're at it completely revamping the games fighting mechanics, why dont they also just implement a modular clothing system while they're at it. Someone told me that the current clothing system is unmodular hence why we cant do anything like customize colors/designs.

Well for one, why they never used a modular system in the first place is beyond me. All it does is create lots of redundant logic.

Two, if they did implement a modular style clothing system it could give us the ability to styleize our clothes a little more.. You could potentially change the color or look of your apparel to fit your character while still preserving the enhancements the clothing originally provided. This way at least everyone can at least look unique in the game instead of going to Mara C and seeing the exact same male-female apparel everywere.

It's way too late to start a big project like that to coincide with CR 2.0.  It definitely would be awesome, but the huge assortment of damage resistance clothing should alleviate the everyone-looks-the-same thing.

Yeah, ideas like this are very cool but they definitely should go someplace like the Development Round Table board. CR2 is in polish/balance/bugfix mode now.

The one HUGE cocern with something like this is how you
would transfer people recipes that they already have.  You can't
just trash them because that would create an uproar.
Formally of Algorithm then Method and now on Recursion
Last of The Guardians
