Health pill spamers in PVP

Its not a case of wanting the pills removed, but a review is needed of the degree and frequency of use of all healing abilities in line with the smaller amounts of damage that cr2 delivers outside of specials (it is the conclusion of a fight that the issue becomes so critical). The whole point of CR2 was to bring combat down to a balanced level, to reintroduce some degree of skill of execution rather than just a few uber builds etc. More and more heals are being spammed, fights getting more and more drawn out and less governed by what you do as opposed to what you have.... Like the neurodart the frequency of use of heals makes it very evident they are more influencial in combat than other aspects there is a balance issue that needs to be considered is all that is being said.
ehh...I don't like the timer on any external heals idea...its fun to fight an agent or something and have people healing you...but I still stick with what I said earlier, 5 or more seconds on the health pill timer would be good.
This is my thinking no way should Heals be able to be taken in consecutive rounds of combat
