they can also shoot you when your ontop of a building and there on the pavement outside (those 2story high buildings) but you cant shoot them

Yeah... I stunned an enemy in the middle of his Logic Cannon 2.0 today.
Then, it hit me.
This is definitely a very painful bug. SMILEY
