Huslah your right its not 1 -25..my bad..by watching the is bar on the sim it seems to be hitting Most of the time but still misses at times....
and yes also you beat me to the 'edit' there is no....'on npc' animation like fortify or speed boost to let you know it even hit the sim..

my situation?..i luv the sim trees....i think they are great for an all around build....but they just needs a little bit of love here and there
