Evade Shield : A graphical representation

or how about the evade shield buff appears on our buff bar (situated under our hotbars) and it slowly uses up as your evade is being attempted to be broken

again, i doubt it be implemented anytime in the foreseeable future but when it comes to it they can add one for the buffer bar (mine) and one for the evade shield (yours)
