The reason you lost is because your enemy did more damage than you did.  Conceptually, CR 2.0 changes from a tactics-based system to a damage-based system.  In other words, your rolls don't matter as much as they used to.  You can nudge them a little here or there, but they will still be all over the map.  What is important is how much damage you can take and how much you can dish out.  Once you get over this change, you will find that the system has not been dumbed-down at all.  Classes are more balanced and how you use them matters.  This will open the door to many combat strategies.

Your all talk to be honest - no walk. CR2.0 has made Matrix Online the game it was meant to be if you ask me, i wasnt really interested in it pre-CR2.0. When i jacked in to check out CR2.0, ever since, im jacking back in every day - instead of every week. Im even considering updating my play time again!

If you want to 'threaten' to leave Matrix Online (The only Matrix Online GAME you'll find) so you can see a few dice - hit - and rolls then maybe you shouldnt be playing computer games anyway - I hear Monopoly has quite a big fan base now and you wont have to pay a monthly fee.  There's plenty of tactic to be found now in MxO - maybe im picking up on it a lot quicker because im a 'noob' and i havnt settled down and refused to accept anything other than the old original style...
